Anne Frank once said,

“The best remedy for those who are afraid, lonely or unhappy is to go outside, somewhere where they can be quiet, alone with the heavens, nature and God. Because only then does one feel that all is as it should be and that God wishes to see people happy, amidst the simple beauty of nature.”

This is especially true for those of you majoring in the “School of Peace” in Earth University.  As reminder to all of us:

If you spend at least an hour a day in nature, that is where you can get your best `downloads’ and inspiration. And for some of us nature is our `church’ – that’s where we can clear our heads, remember to slow down, renew and get re-wired!

Nature is often an overlooked critical component of a healthy life and a strong soul.

Not only has time in nature proven to be successful in substantially reducing depression and anxiety in both children and adults, but it draws us nearer to God.

Imagine that correlation! ; )

With the amazing technological advancements of the 21st century, our society has become addicted to stimulation and DISTRACTION, which can perpetuate confusion and frustration when you’re trying to find and live your soul’s divine purpose.

Nature is harmonious and devoting an hour a day is one way to provide nourishment to your soul.

Give yourself a free treat and clear your mind, or focus your heart on all you are grateful for…

Unplug from the busy world and let your soul breathe freely!
