For those who have come to grow,
The whole world is a garden.
For those who wish to remain in the dream,
The whole world is a stage.
For those who have come to learn,
The whole world is a university.
For those who have come to know God,

The world is a reflection of you.  It’s like your own personal movie

Which movie are you watching at the moment? As my sufi teacher Sidi Al-Jamal writes:

“Nothing manifests to you except that which is you and from you. So look! What do you see?  The whole matter is yours…it is from you and for you.”

What is the world reflecting to you in this moment?  If you’ve called it here – what is life offering you right this very second?

A chance to heal? An opportunity to grow? A time for gratitude? A time to pray?

May we all be mindful in each and every moment.
